Impatient to get on with life, or just frustrated with fractions, what difference does a high school diploma make anyhow? Turns out a lot. Individuals who drop out of high school will, on average, accumulate one tenth the wealth of their graduating peers. They not only earn less and have fewer toys, but they also are more likely to be unemployed, a single parent, and on the public dole.</description>
